Ezy Car Insurance Options

These insurance options are for Ezy Compact, El Cheapo, A, B, C, D, E, F & G vehicles

When booking an ezy rental you are required to take one of the following insurance options:

• Please note that to hire a Jucy vehicle clients must have a credit card.
• Should clients decide to take Risk-Taker, the client's credit card will be authorised for the total amount of the excess/deposit.
• Average cost for windscreen replacement is NZ$350.00
• Average cost for stone-chip repair is NZ$55.00
• Average cost for tyre replacement is NZ$110.00
• The excess is applicable regardless of who is at fault and must be paid at the time the accident is reported. The excess will be refunded if we are successful in recovering the costs of damages from the third party.
• Damage caused by the incorrect use or fitting of snow chains and ski racks is not covered by any insurance option.
• Damage to vehicle underbody and roof is not covered by any insurance option (except the Stress-Free as above).
• Single vehicle accidents are only covered by Stress-Free.
• All insurance options are null and void if the rental agreement terms and conditions are breached.
