In reply to your email, my wife and I had a wonderful time in New Zealand and we would most certainly recommend Ezy Rentals to one and all, our daughter is based in New Zealand and is hoping to do the same trip as we did, we have mention to her how helpful Ezy rentals have been and she will definitely be coming to see you or phoning you when she is ready to make her trip.
We would especially like to bring to your attention the young girl that was in the office on New Years day when we returned your car, she was so helpful and she had the patience to show my wife one of your camper vans because my wife was curious to see inside knowing we had no intention of hiring as we were returning home, we were very impressed with her friendly and curious manner.
On our next trip to N Z we will most certainly be hiring Ezy Rental.

My name is Arun, I'd rented a car from you guys earlier today and you were the one who assisted me. I just wanted to send you an email to express my deep appreciation for what you did. There was some confusion with the reservation regarding manual vs automatic transmission and even though you guys were super busy and all booked through the holidays, you spent a lot of time and effort today working to find me a car that I can drive and thereby saving my entire 3 week trip in nz. I had reservations all across the country starting with plans to leave the city tomorrow morning and if it hadnt been for your special effort today all of that would have gone to waste cause I know it wldve been impossible to find a rental car in such short notice during this busy season. I understand you also skipped lunch to do this for me in especially quick time and I just want you to know that I really appreciate it. I only wish that more car rental companies have employees like you who put the interests and satisfaction of the customer ahead of everything else. Hi,
We have just returned from our few days away in your rental van - booking below. We'd like to pass on our thanks for your great service - we booked the rental the night before arriving - no problem even though it was after hours, you confirmed first thing in the morning. You told us about the special van offer which suited us perfectly. On returning to the airport this morning, we dropped the car off and your no fuss approach and great service again meant we arrived at the airport within check in time even though we were cutting it pretty fine. A slight confusion with the payment was dealt with immediately and politely by staff.
We'll certainly use you again and recommend to our friends and family.

Hi Tim,
Just thought IÆd drop in a quick line about the Queenstown Customer Services team. I was on holiday last week and rented an El Cheapo for 8 days. The young English guy at the desk was fantastic (apologise Iæve forgotten his name already) and the pick up/drop off was very smooth and quick. Having been in his shoes once before IÆm probably super critical but he did a great job and we were in and out in no time.
YouÆll be pleased to know my loyalty to Jucy hasnÆt waivered and we even used the 2 for 1 voucher on Cruize Milford. I can still recognise a Jucy license plate before I see the stickers (drives my partner crazy!). JucyÆs presence has grown incredibly and each hotel/tourist spot we went to, there were at least 3 Jucy cars around û thatÆs awesome.
Pass on my thanks to the Queenstown guys.

Hello Tim,
I am writing to you after a wonderful holiday that I have had in New Zealand after my son and daughter who had similar experience from Jucy motorhomes. My son was in your motorhome in April 2008 and my daughter on her honeymoon in December 2007.
The Toyota we were given had over 150,000 km on odometer but it went like a saloon car with a lot lower reading on speedometer. We had no trouble at all and we did about 3,000km. So can I say full marks for reliability.
I must particularly convey my gratitude to Khiran Huston (Jucy Rates and website manager). Khiran has been very courtliest and managed to make our trip very enjoyable. We did not realize that the weather would turn so cold at night and we were delighted that we were provided with blow heater. It was extremely useful. As the room is limited in van we requested for 2 quilts which were provided by Denise and Raj and that meant we could keep our luggage in between the beds covered by ply wood with pillows on them so we could use it as a seat. As we were in camp sites we did not use shower and the toilet was handy in the middle of the night as emergency for short calls.
We will be visiting New Zealand as well as Australia and no doubt will hire again from Jucy and hope that we get same standard of service.
Once again many thanks for making it such a happy holiday for us.

I've had a few rentals over the years,some okay, others not, but we'll definetly use Jucy next time we need a rental (usually when we visit family in the South Island).

Hey Clair.
Just want to thank you so much for organizing my Jucy car for IMNZ. The ladies at the pick up place at the airport were lovely û and a very helpful lass set up my little Nav-man and I got to Taupo super easy û and then made the trip back to the airport (leaving Taupo at midnight) with just as much ease û I LOVE THE SAT-NAV LADY û SHE ROCKS û despite being a little bossy at times.
It was great û thanks again.
Oh, and I had a fantastic race!

We just wanted to send praise to the manager of the queenstown
branch, louise, who was exceptionally helpfully and patient with us when we were pain in the arse customers who visited the depot about 5 times!! her cheery manner was very much appreciated even when she was clearly understaffed and there were about 10 customers in the office all waiting to speak to her! we generally had a really good experience with all jucy staff we came across in queenstown and christchurch, Thanks guys x

Thanks for the note - I should have told them that we left them in there on purpose. We purchased a selection of CD's on our travels and found that some of them were not worth bringing home! If you can find a home for them please do so - or otherwise please just throw them away.
Many thanks for providing the car for our holiday - it was great. Not a bit of trouble and the whole booking, pick-up and drop-off procedure couldn't have been better. I've already told several people about this, and will continue to recommend you to anyone visiting NZ.

We just got home after 31 days in NZ touring both islands We were really pleased with your company and the cheapie car you provided, a Nissan Sunny 2002 with around 200K on the clock.
All of the people we dealt with both on delivery (Christchurch) and on return (Auckland) were friendly and very helpful and informative and a credit to your company.
The car didn't miss a beat, had plenty of power, more than adequate boot space, good heaters and aircon and given its age was quite well presented.
Bonus- it was an automatic. Over 4 weeks of fairly punishing driving often 400km per day it averaged just 8.3 litres/100km over 4200 km Brilliant!
Bonus - several really useful vouchers especially Milford Sound and the hole in the rock and we settled on half price for the Cook straight
crossing (slightly miffed!) - big big savings There were other vouchers offered too, which we did not use (too old and too chicken for bungee jumping and white water) We also hired chains. As it turned out, we did not need to use them, though we needed to carry them on the range ridge road to Wanaka We have recommended Jucy to several friends Apparently according to my wife we are coming back again soon. We will have no hesitation using your company again.

We are a couple from Denmark who just wanted to thank you for a good service and an amazing car. It has taken us 4600 km around New Zealand, and our journey would not have been so enjoyable and great if it had not been for the little blue comfy car you provided us with. Hopefully we will soon return to your spectacular country, and when we do, we are sure that we will use Ezy Rentals again. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ezy Rentals. The Ezy team were able to provide the cheapest rate as well as a very friendly, efficient and flexible service. An added bonus was that we were upgraded to a more luxurious model than what we had booked and given an hours grace when returning the vehicle.
