Ezy Rentals have a fantastic service where we will collect you from the airport or your accomodation and bring you back to our office to dispatch your vehicle. All free of charge! Another option for you to consider is a one-way trip, at Ezy Rentals there are no penalties for collecting you rental car at one location and dropping it off at another. With this option, it also gives you the opportunity to use the unlimited mileage.

To book a your rental vehicle there are a couple of options available to you; book online through our website, speak to our friendly, multi-lingual staff through the free phones in your area or use our online chat facility on our website.
VEHICLE PICK UP AND DROP OFF WITHIN OFFICE HOURS ( 8.00am - 5.00pm)
Ezy Rentals offers free transfers to and from the airport terminals and from city hotels. On arrival at Christchurch Airport please call us on the free phone boards at Visitors Information or call free from any phone on 0800 399 736. If you require a hotel pick up please arrange this at time of booking or call us on 0800 399 736. The branch is 2km from the terminal.
VEHICLE PICK UP AND DROP OFF OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS (5.00pm - 8.00am)
Late pickups are available on request. You must complete a pre-registration form and this needs to be faxed to us at least 48hrs prior to dispatch. The car is left at the Russley Hotel ( 73 Roydvale Ave ), a 5min drive from the terminal. On arrival at Christchurch Airport please call the Russley Hotel for a transfer (dail 25 from the freephone boards by Visitor Information or freephone 0800 735 888). The keys are collected from reception at the Russley Hotel. A NZ$30 charge applies for this service.

For all after hours returns, you need to return the car to the Russley Hotel and leave the keys at reception. The Russley Hotel transfers every 15mins back to the Airport. A NZ$15 charge applies for this service payable at time of pick up.
